Biography

Dr. Shiva Shankar is a Consultant Neonatologist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of neonatology. After graduating from India, he completed training in paediatrics and subspeciality training in Neonatology in the United Kingdom. He has experience in the treatment of sick newborn babies of all gestational age. He is an examiner for MRCPCH examination and has held many leadership positions including Clinical Director for neonatal governance while working in the United Kingdom. He has participated in many multi-centre research trials and has many publications in peer reviewed journals.
