Biography

Dr. Marco Pallavidino is a Consultant Paediatric Intensivist and graduated from the University of Medicine and Surgery in Genova, Italy. He completed a post graduation in anaesthesia and intensive care from the Western Piedmont University of Novara, Italy. This was followed by a Fellowship in Paediatric Intensive Care at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. Dr. Marco has spent most of his career in neurocritical care and neuro-anesthesia, working in many of the biggest centres for adults and pediatric trauma and neurocritical care in Europe. He is especially interested in neuromonitoring after head injury  with intra cranial pressure, partial pressure of brain tissue oxygen, trans cranial doppler, microdialysis and evoked potential.
