Paediatric Gastroenterologist
Dr. Ali Alsarhan was born in Baghdad, Iraq, where he spent his early years. At a young age, his family moved to Jordan to provide better educational opportunities for him. He continued his education there and later moved back to Kurdistan, Iraq, to finish his medical degree at the University of Duhok. During his time there, he excelled academically and ranked second among his peers. After finishing his university studies, Dr. Alsarhan spent one year working with an international humanitarian organization in Iraq's Mosul region. He provided medical care to those in need and made a significant impact in the lives of many. Dr. Alsarhan was always passionate about medicine and particularly interested in paediatric gastroenterology. He was enthusiastic about research and worked tirelessly to publish multiple articles in prestigious journals such as JAMA Network. His dedication and hard work helped him to become a well-respected member of the medical community. In pursuit of his passion for pediatric medicine, he moved to Dubai to complete his paediatric residency at Al Jalila Children's Hospital. During his residency, he served as the Chief Resident in his fourth year, leading and mentoring the other residents. Dr Ali strongly believes that children always come first in his field. He is deeply committed to providing the best care for his patients and is known for his kind and compassionate nature. His patients and their families have come to rely on his expertise, dedication, and caring nature.
