Yes, it is mandatory and cannot be replaced by another document. The Dean’s Letter or Ranking Letter or MSPE is an assessment of a student’s academic and clinical performance and professional attributes while in medical school. It is not a Letter of Recommendation (LOR). It may include your academic performance within your class cohort. This requirement must be submitted by Applicants themselves.
Applicant may refer back to their recommenders to know. However, Applicant will receive a confirmatory email of each submission of letter of recommendation only upon completion of each upload by the recommender.
You must submit a minimum of 3 letters of recommendation from officials of your choice. (e.g. doctors, professors, heads of department, etc..). If you have worked with a paediatrician please ask them for a LOR. The letters must be uploaded directly by the recommender. Administration offices (e.g. hospital, university, college, etc..) can also upload on behalf of your recommender. AJCHPRP will not accept LORs submitted by the applicant or sent by recommender’s personal emails.

Yes, Letters of Recommendation will be rejected if they do not fulfill the following 3-point requirement:
1. Recommendation letters must be submitted directly into a link offered to your recommender by AJCHPRP. AJCHPRP will ONLY accept clear scanned letters in PDF format that are uploaded by the recommender in their official capacity.
2. The LOR is to include the applicant’s full name (i.e. Surname and first ONLY), and date of birth.
3. All letters must be printed on the recommender’s institution letterhead, and bear the original institution/recommender stamp, in addition to the signature of the recommender.
There is no required (or preferred) format nor wording for a personal statement. A Google search can provide tips on how to write your statement.
Yes, attestation and credentials verification will be part of your recruitment process once accepted to AJCHPRP. The attestation process depends upon whether or not Applicant completed undergraduate degree within the U.A.E. Several parties may be involved in the process (i.e. such as but not limited to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, U.A.E. Embassy in host country, Ministry of Education in the U.A.E., etc…). You will be requested to initiate the process once notified of acceptance to AJCHPRP.

Once you submit your initial stage of your online application, a LOR request(s) will be sent to your recommender(s). The online application is streamlined for best Panel review practice. However, you may personally want to notify your recommenders to enable them prepare LOR(s) beforehand, so LORs are ready when your recommenders receive the request.
No. Applicants must submit all documents within the online application deadline. Credibility of personal data provided and uploaded is solely the applicant’s responsibility. Applications lacking the mandatory requested attachments will be considered void and immediately rejected without notification. Meaning, if any dummy document is submitted instead of the requested proof, the application is considered null.
Yes, it is required and cannot be replaced by any. Upon acceptance in AJCHPRP, you will need to provide a proof of AHA-compliant BLS certification that is VALID for at least 1 year. This will be used towards completion of medical licencing.
The moment an applicant submits their application, an email request automatically goes to your recommenders. Please ask your recommenders to look in Junk or Unwanted email or equivalent. All LORs submission must be within the online application period only.
