Since AJCHPRP is merit-based, the opportunity of joining is very competitive. All seats are only reserved to qualified applicants, hence, the total number of seats available is not known to the AJCHPRP Selection Panel until complete review of all applications.
Potential candidate cannot be enrolled in another degree during residency. Residency training is a full-time job and needs full commitment, as hours and workload may not make it possible to attend to another degree at the same time. However, if that is in your career goals, you should plan it either before or after residency.
MMIs are designed to test non-cognitive competencies which are key to medicine, such as communication skills, problem-solving, empathy, and moral/ethical reasoning and decision making.
