Paediatric Urology

The Paediatric Urology Clinic at Al Jalila Children’s is one of the few centres in the UAE that serves a wide range of conditions including:

• congenital abnormalities (e.g. hypospadias and bladder exstrophy)
• scrotal swellings (hernia and hydrocele)
• testicular disease
• hydronephrosis
• vesicoureteric reflux
• renal stones
• urinary tract infections
• wetting

The Clinic is affiliated to the paediatric elimination disorder service which is the only one of its kind in the UAE and provides a comprehensive service to children that suffer from wetting and/or soiling as these disorders are often associated or linked.
