Patient Satisfaction Survey and Rating
The star rating you see on the clinics page is the average of all the clinic team who is part of that specialty. All ratings are submitted by actual patients and are verified by a leading independent patient satisfaction company.
Who receives the survey?
Families who visited any of our doctors will receive this survey as a phone message, and will be asked to complete the survey and provide comments regarding specific aspects of care. We use this feedback to improve and enhance the care we offer.
What questions do we ask?
The surveys ask families to evaluate how well their physician communicated, listened, and how the clinic team showed courtesy and respect toward them, in addition to the overall approach to their child’s case and treatment. Results are used to evaluate their overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement.

The survey is mainly for the outpatients clinics as these clinics are the forefront of Al Jalila Children’s
Can anyone complete a survey about a Clinic?
No. Only families having had an appointment with that particular clinic may be selected to receive a survey.

To ensure utmost privacy and transparency, no patient details will be displayed or communicated anywhere during the process of rating the clinics.
