The Paediatric Orthopaedic Clinic at Al Jalila Children’s is a full-fledged state-of-the-art facility that offers comprehensive orthopaedic care for infants, children, and adolescents.

The Clinic enjoys the uniqueness of being part of a full-fledged world-class paediatric hospital which means that when needed, every child will be assessed by a multidisciplinary and highly experienced paediatric consulting team that offers 360-degree evaluation and treatment under one roof, resulting ultimately in a definitive and clear medical solution.

For every condition or injury affecting your child’s bones, joints, muscles or tendons, we have a dedicated team that works collectively to determine the best course of treatment and outcome. Children are susceptible to broken bones during their childhood and while we manage and treat all kinds of  paediatric orthopaedic injuries, the Paediatric Orthopaedic Clinic also cares for children with developmental issues such as cerebral palsy, in addition to managing conditions such as scoliosis, all kinds of back pain, and growing pains.

What makes us different?

• A dedicated walk-in clinic for fractures to facilitate faster diagnosis and treatment considering patients are children. This way, ortho injuries are attended to faster and more efficiently.
• An integrated paediatric rehabilitation team which is part of the Neurosciences Centre of Excellence at Al Jalila Children’s to assist with outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation as and when required.
• The Paediatric Orthopaedic Clinic team has extensive global paediatric experience in orthopaedic surgery, treatment of fractures and musculoskeletal disorders, complex spinal deformities, and developmental disorders such as cerebral palsy.
